During Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Hope Yoga Studio cared to check-in
on our community’s mental health and empower our students in taking small actions to improve their wellness.​​​​​​​
Using our social platforms, we shared a month-long mini-challenge called
Daily Wellness Boosts for our followers. At the start of each week, we shared a graphic with small activities to incorporate into their daily routines that would help boost positive mental health; like choosing an affirmation for the day or sharing a drink with a loved one.

The challenge was to check back with our stories, complete the daily wellness boost, then share a photo with us by tagging or using our custom hashtag #healwithhope
Our community at Hope Yoga loves a good challenge, especially when it’s backed by a meaningful purpose-such as their own mental wellbeing! The response from this campaign was exactly what we had hoped for in offering a free and fun way to create positive action.

To round off our May as Mental Health Awareness Month, we hosted a special yoga class where proceeds were donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: Ohio Chapter.
